Quality & Inspection

Quality Assurance for Indian Agricultural Exports

Quality is verified before a consignment leaves the load port. We document the buyer's specification, select suppliers against it, coordinate independent third-party inspection and confirm packaging and container readiness prior to dispatch.

Quality Framework

Our Four-Step Quality Framework

Each shipment moves through the same sequence, from written requirement to verified container dispatch.

  1. 01

    Requirement Review

The buyer's specification is documented first: grade, moisture, purity, sizing, packaging, marking and destination requirements are agreed in writing before sourcing begins.

  2. 02

    Supplier Selection

Suppliers are selected from our trusted network of certified processing and mill partners according to the agreed specification, required volume and shipment schedule.

  3. 03

    Independent Inspection

Consignments can be verified by an independent third-party inspection agency at loading, against the parameters written into the contract.

  4. 04

    Shipment Readiness

Packaging condition, marking, container cleanliness and stuffing are checked before dispatch, and the documentation set is aligned to the destination market.

Independent Inspection

Third-Party Inspection Services

Verification is performed by independent agencies, never by our own team acting alone.

  • SGS

An example of an internationally recognised inspection service buyers may nominate for pre-shipment verification.

  • Bureau Veritas

An example of an independent inspection and testing service used in agricultural commodity trade.

  • Cotecna

An example of a third-party inspection service operating across agricultural export corridors.

The agencies above are named only as examples of internationally recognised third-party inspection services. Inspection agency may vary based on buyer requirements, and no permanent or exclusive partnership with any agency is claimed or implied.

Packaging & Handling

Packaging, Marking and Container Readiness

Packaging decisions are made against the destination market's handling and labelling requirements.

  • Packaging Formats

Consumer bags, 25 kg and 50 kg PP bags, 1 MT FIBC and bulk container liner, selected according to the commodity and destination handling requirement.

  • Marking & Labelling

Bag marking and labelling coordinated to the buyer's artwork and the labelling rules of the importing market.

  • Container Handling

Container inspection for cleanliness and dryness, supervised stuffing and load photographs where required by the buyer.

  • Private Label Support

Buyer-owned branding coordinated with packaging partners for retail and distribution programmes.
