Privacy Policy

This policy outlines how Agri Genius Exports handles information submitted by international buyers and website visitors. It covers what we collect through export enquiry forms, why we collect it, who we share it with when a shipment is executed, and how long records are kept.

Information We Collect

We collect the business contact and requirement details you choose to submit through our export enquiry forms: company name, contact person, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, destination country and port, commodity and grade required, quantity, packaging format, preferred incoterm and shipment window.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, personal financial data, identity documents or any special-category personal data through the website forms. Where a shipment later requires banking or documentary details, those are exchanged directly with your nominated contact through the contract and documentation channel, not through this website.

Our web server and analytics measurement also record standard technical information such as the pages requested, approximate region, referring source, device type and browser. This information is aggregated and is not used to build an advertising profile of an individual buyer.

How Information Is Used

Enquiry information is used to prepare and issue a commercial offer: checking availability against our sourcing network, confirming that the requested specification can be met, calculating packaging and freight parameters for your destination port, and maintaining correspondence relating to the requirement.

We also use enquiry information to keep an internal record of the offers we have issued, so that repeat and contract buyers receive consistent specification and pricing history rather than starting from zero on every shipment.

We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not share buyer contact lists with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Sharing With Sourcing And Service Partners

To fulfil an enquiry we may share the parts of your requirement that are strictly necessary with the partners who execute it: mill and processing partners for specification and availability confirmation, independent inspection agencies for pre-shipment quality verification, freight forwarders and shipping lines for booking and container logistics, and customs house agents for export documentation.

Partners receive the commercial specification needed to perform their role. They are expected to use that information only for the shipment concerned.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by applicable law, customs or export control authorities, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

International Transfers

Because agricultural export is by definition cross-border, information relating to an enquiry or shipment will be transferred between India and the destination market. Documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and phytosanitary certificates necessarily carries the consignee details required by the importing authority.

Where the destination market applies its own data-protection framework, we handle the corresponding buyer details in line with the requirements communicated to us by the buyer or their agent.

Data Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the trade relationship and to satisfy commercial and export documentation record-keeping obligations that apply to the shipment.

Enquiries that do not progress to an offer or a contract are retained for a limited period so that we can recognise a returning buyer and respond with context, and are then removed from active systems.

Cookies & Analytics

The website uses only the cookies and measurement needed to operate the site and to understand aggregate traffic: which pages buyers read, which commodity and market pages generate enquiries, and how the pages perform technically.

We do not run remarketing pixels that follow visitors across unrelated websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the enquiry form will continue to work.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and enquiry submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to stored enquiry records is limited to the trade desk personnel who need it to prepare offers and coordinate shipments.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send confidential banking instructions by email; verify any payment instruction with us by telephone using the number published on this website before acting on it.

Your Rights

You may ask us what business contact information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending commercial correspondence. Requests are actioned subject to any record-keeping obligation attached to a completed shipment.

Write to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, systems or legal obligations change. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected in the page content rather than communicated individually.
